Millie Tea Sample Branding Campaign
(School Project)
This project is near and dear to my heart as it was my first experience with product packaging design. The premise of the original project was to create a logo based on a person you know well. I based my original logo design off of a quirky, charming girl named Millicent. Her wild red hair was usually gathered in a messy bun atop her head and she was rarely seen without her calligraphy books. She preferred staying home but was also always up for a new experience (no matter the distance). She also preferred being called "Millie" to Millicent. Millie's little apartment was worth far more than a thousand words and helped a great deal when it came to drawing inspiration. It was warmly lit, smelled of vanilla, and the air was often charged with the current of creativity and the sounds of comforting laughter. This friendship inspired the creation of the brand "Millie Tea", tea for the adventurous, yet calm, souls of the world.
The packaging I created holds four individual tea bags, one for each flavor and mood. The intended audience is people who enjoy the outdoors but who might also prefer to sample the adventure from the comfort of their own home.
