Mmofra Park Place Branding
(School Project)
This was our group (4 members) senior capstone project. Our task was to help Mmofra Place Park in Accra, Ghana to brand their park. In the end it came down to my logo vs one of my teammate's logos. My logo was an elephant whose trunk pattern was formulated from a tree that is known for it's revitalizing qualities in the harsh Ghana environment. The ears are also formed from leaves common to the parks in Accra. I decided if we were to achieve the desired effect for this logo we would need to carve out stamps of both logos and then we could make our final decision. We chose to go with my teammate's gourd logo design and used my linocut of it to create the final design.
